TechDev Associate Consultant Matt Moyse joined AgilityWorks from University of Warwick, and in the second installment of our Graduate blog series, he tells us about his experience.
What initially drew me to AgilityWorks was its hunger for innovation. This became apparent once starting my role where I was immediately exposed to the latest technologies. Innovation has been complemented by a sense of belonging, built upon a strong collaborative culture with a focus on the sharing of knowledge.
My first 7 months were spent exploring the different disciplines within AgilityWorks. Once in my chosen area I joined the company’s largest ever project at a major Utilities client. My main role has been to develop a set of business applications, both mobile and desktop, to help the client transform their way of working. I have also had the opportunity to work cross-functionally, giving me a huge breadth of experience.
The best part of working at AgilityWorks has been the flexibility of being part of a high-growth company with a big appetite. Here, you have the empowerment to guide your career.
'If you want to achieve you make your own path'.
As part of my project, I have been able to coordinate and design real-life business solutions; something I would like to build on alongside my technical skills.
